2 Cora Crescent - Request City Solicitor to appeal Committee of Adjustment decision to the Toronto Local Appeal Body - by Councillor Michael Thompson, seconded by Deputy Mayor Jennifer McKelvie

This Motion will authorize the City Solicitor to appeal to the Toronto Local Appeal Body, the Committee of Adjustment's decision, approving the minor variances contained in the minor variances A0349/21SC respecting to 2 Cora Crescent. This Motion is urgent given the 20 day appeal period following the June 28 decision and the publishing of the decision in relation to the deadline for July City Council.
