This application proposes to rezone the subject lands located at 155 Antibes Drive to permit an infill development with an 8-storey (33.3 metre) building, a 32-storey (101.3 metre) building, and a 36 storey (113.1 metre) building in addition to the existing 16 storey building on the property. The proposed development is consistent with the Provincial Policy Statement (2020) and conforms with A Place to Grow: Growth Plan for the Greater Golden Horseshoe (2020). This report reviews and recommends approval of the application to amend the Zoning By-law. The proposed buildings represent an appropriate level of intensification on the site and provides for new and improved amenities while providing the majority of the future multi-use path connection which will benefit residents of the site and the surrounding community.
