As per the Zoning Amendment Application for 219-231 Dundas Street East Before introducing the necessary Bills to City Council for enactment, require theOwner to enter into an Agreement pursuant to Section 37 of the Planning Act asfollows:a. Section 37 Contribution The Owner shall provide a contribution of $1.5 million in community benefits, to be allocated as follows: - 1/3 for park improvements and/or streetscape improvements - 1/3 for community, recreation, and/or cultural space improvements - 1/3 for: - land for purpose-built rental housing with mid-range or affordable rents; and/or - land for affordable housing; and/or - affordable ownership housing The final allocation will be determined by the Chief Planner and Executive Director, City Planning, in consultation with the Ward Councillor's office.
