This RFT is an invitation by the City for: The Supply of Labour, Material, Equipment and Supervision to complete the proposed new Davisville Community Aquatic Centre (New Zero Emissions Building, TGS v4, Tiers 2 & 3) located at 50 Davisville Avenue, Toronto, M4S 1E8 on behalf of the City of Toronto, Parks, Forestry and Recreation Division. The proposed new City facility is located on land owned by the TDSB (the landlord); the City is the tenant. The land has an occupied TDSB elementary school on site. The new City facility will be connected below grade to the existing school. .1 To the following pre-qualified Suppliers only to submit bids for the performance of the Work, as further described in Part 3 (DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS) and the Contract: (a) Aquicon Construction Co.
