This RFP is an invitation by the City of Toronto to prospective suppliers to submit Bids for Security Guard Services for Toronto Shelter and Support Services as further described in Part 3 (Requirements for Deliverables) The selected Supplier will be required to enter into an agreement with the City for the provision of the Deliverables. The final agreement shall be substantially in the form found in Part 2 (FORM OF AGREEMENT). It is the City's intention to enter into an agreement to one (1) legal entity. The term of the agreement is to be for a period of One (1) Year from date of award, with an option in favour of the City to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for additional two (2) separate one (1)-year terms.
