This Request for Tender (the "RFT") is an invitation by the City of Toronto (the "City") to supply all materials, products, labour and supervision to construct a new Green Line Park on Geary Avenue in a Hydro One corridor which includes but is not limited to earthworks and remediation on brownfield site, site servicing for water and sewers, electrical service and park lighting, paved paths and gathering area, fenced off-leash area, bottle filler, site furnishings, irrigation, trees, planting, sod, signage, and adjacent road work including concrete bump-outs for traffic calming, as further described in Part 3 (DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS) and the Contract (the "Project"), on behalf of the city of Toronto, Parks, Forestry and Recreation Division.
