This Request for Quotation (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the City of Toronto (the "City") Non-exclusive supply and delivery of various types of Farm Feed and Animal Care Products for the City Of Toronto's Parks, Forestry and Recreation Division for a period of two (2) years, With the option to renew the Contract for three (3) additional one (1) year periods, all in accordance with the provisions and specifications contained in the Request of Quotation (RFQ) and the City Of Toronto Procurement Policies. e) The Vendor shall comply with all the following acts and all applicable regulations there under, including but not limited to the following related regulations: the Canada Feeds Act (R.S., 1985, c.
