Services expected to be completed include, but are not limited to, grading, drainage, site servicing, demolition & removals, clearing and grubbing, site/tree protection fencing, concrete flat work and concrete curbs/walls/pavements, walkways, armour stone walls, concrete ramp, concrete stairs, asphalt/unit paving, splash pad, fencing, tree and shrub planting, floral display garden, sodding, playground, outdoor fitness, fire pit, entry features, lighting, shade structures, and a washroom building. As most of the work is landscape architectural in nature and involves the extensive renovation of existing landscape elements, the contractor team shall be led by a landscape contractor experienced in leading and coordinating landscape renovation projects, with experience in small washroom building construction.
