The City’s objective is to select a new supplier who will provide general banking services for the City of Toronto and the Toronto Zoo. The current banking services contract for the City is expected to expire on June 30, 2025. To ensure continuity of business, with minimal interruption to services, this nRFP is being issued with the expectation that the City and the Zoo will be ready for business on July 1, 2025 notwithstanding any Transition Period.
